BEYOND THE VEIL
Cutting edge lyrics, haunting melodies and a driving beat...their sound is young and fresh, yet mature beyond their years.
BRITTANY TURNER From the time she could walk, Brittany has been singing for Jesus. Brittany resides on Kent Island, located in the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland and attends Anne Arundel Community College and plans to transfer to Regent University in the spring. She plays piano, violin and guitar and writes most of the music that Beyond the Veil performs. Together with her mother, Stephanie, they have written lyrics that are a testament of the love of God in troubled times. Brittany is planning to go into the full-time ministry, serving God with her musical talents and her passion for performing.
MIRIAH TURNER As the younger member of Beyond the Veil, Miriah has enjoyed the challenge of singing with her sister for many years. Her ability to complete the "perfect harmony" of the inspiring sound of this duo has given her the opportunity to expand her musical abilities in many exciting ways. A drummer at heart, Miriah has the gift of singing background vocals and tight harmonies on many of the songs that Brittany has written, having a hand herself in much of the arrangements. Born in Phoenix, Arizona on April 17, 1991, she has been singing actively since her move to Kent Island, Maryland in 2000. When not attending school at Kent Island High School, Miriah spends time working with her sister Brittany on her other passion--making music for the Lord.SIERRA TURNER The talented and energetic youngest sister recently joined Beyond the Veil. With exquisite harmonies, her backup vocals add a new dimension to group.
